Ft Lauderdale, Part 2

Today we got to go on a bike ride near the Everglades. Here are some pictures.

It was beautiful. The birds we saw were too far away to tell exactly what type they were. But the pink ones may be roseate spoonbills, and the two white ones may be wood storks.

We also rode to a mountain bike park my brother Jim frequents. If we knew where one like that was near us we would probably take up mountain biking. It’s such a great park! When we came home, we jumped into the pool! It wasn’t cold and refreshing, but it was warm and refreshing!

We plan to head to the beach again tomorrow, and then we have to leave paradise! So sad!

    Sounds like you’re having so much fun. Wish we were all there with you. Beautiful pictures and that group of 3 on the bikes are a really beautiful site. Love you lots.

    You might be leaving the East coast paradise to come home to the West coast paradise you live in every day. Thank God we live in His paradise on Earth!
